Have you ever wondered what it would be like to travel back in time? Join us for a day, learning how to prepare large game using Neolithic and modern tools, how to use the carcass to make different things enjoy a feast, cooked up by our woodland chef Matt.

Arrive Saturday morning and be ready to dive right in.
This is a 1 day course. We will stop at lunch time for a venison lunch, and then again for another venison meal at the end of the day. We will have teas and coffees and some soft drinks available for you to help yourself to throughout your visit. If you want to bring your own snacks with you, then please feel free.
For convenience, we have a composting drop toilet at our bushcraft training centre that you're welcome to use.
Trained first aiders will be within the woodlands at all times for any emergencies that may arise.
